Stuck or dead shutters
Shutter doesn’t move, stops halfway or just hums. I check whether it’s the motor, switch, power supply or a mechanical blockage and get it working again whenever possible.
Motor & limit adjustment
Shutter goes too far up or down, or stops in the wrong place? I adjust the motor limits and check the alignment so it runs smoothly and doesn’t strain the system.
Motor replacement
When the motor is really finished, I can replace it with a compatible tubular motor and leave everything correctly wired and tested.
Apartment check & maintenance
If you rent out or don’t live here full-time, I can check all shutters, lubricate where needed and fix small issues before they become expensive problems.
